Experience powerful Viking history and breathtaking landscapes as we visit the rarely traveled paths of Western Iceland. Feast in a real Viking longhouse and walk along the footsteps of some of the greatest Viking explorers.

You are just responsible for booking your round-trip airfare and meeting us at Hotel Viking in Iceland; we will take care of the rest from there!

DAY 1
Meet and greet at 4:00 PM at Hotel Viking as we all arrive to Iceland from our homelands.
Check-in to Hotel Viking
At night welcome dinner at the Viking restaurant in hotel (Included)
Guests can enjoy amenities such as the Spa and Sauna to settle in from their travels.
DAY 2
Meet with guide: We will be taking a visit to the Iceland National Museum.
The Iceland National Museum is full of rich Viking History as well as interactive experiences. Learn about the first Norse settlers and more!
We can also do some light walking to explore the capital and its Viking history.
Transfer back to hotel
Meet with guide for transfer to dinner to the best Viking longhouse restaurant in Iceland: Ingólfsskáli - named after Iceland's first settler "Ingolfr Arnarson."
Tonight we feast like Vikings in a traditional Viking longhouse.

DAY 3
Depart to Snæfellsnes peninsula : West Iceland
The drive to Snæfellsnes peninsula is full of breathtaking views as we follow the Western coast of Iceland.
On our way we will be making a quick stop in a place called Borg (Borg á Mýrum), we will discuss the special Viking history tied to Borg and his relation to the Viking Saga's while we enjoy a nice lunch.

Free day to explore the surroundings on your own as your hotel overlooks the ocean peaks. This hotel is located in any wanderer's paradise, you are just a short walk from volcanoes, cliffs, mountains & more.

DAY 4
Today we will be taking a guided day tour through Snaefjell National Park (Learn a bit about its Viking and settler history.) This will be a tour combining transportation by bus and walking. We will be visiting the extraordinary hidden gems of Iceland while understanding a bit about what happened on this land during the Viking age.

DAY 5
Today we will be heading to our hotel in Reyjavik.Â
This is a great day for exploring the city on your own and maybe grabbing any last minute souvenirs.
Optional: Visit to Blue Lagoon
We recommend a visit to the Leif Erikson statue for those looking to capture a photo with the legend! The city is also filled with many unique restaurants and museums you may not be able to find anywhere else in the world.
DAY 6
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
